My name is Jill, and I'm afraid of…change. It's difficult for me to confess that I'm afraid of change, because generally, I'm a very adventurous person. I love to travel, meet new people, and do things I've never done before. But when it comes to change at work and home, I tend to be conservative, even risk-adverse.
Each quarter, Aptify has a theme that we all rally around and use to help focus our team in the same direction. The purpose may be to educate, create a new habit, or embed a concept into our culture. Recently, I led a theme called #MTM Moving the Mountain of Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The goal was to have every individual set a goal (we call them rocks) to do something new or change something existing that would positively affect quality or customer satisfaction. The team took the challenge to heart and used #MTM to really think about how they can positively impact people and processes.
